We are so sorry that you are having an issue making payment with your credit card. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Paypal.
Usually if you are seeing a prompt that the payment has been declined, this is being done by your card provider as opposed to Design Cuts. If you have sufficient funds on your card, we would recommend ringing your credit card provider to check why they have declined the transaction- usually it will be because we are in the UK so they may not be allowing for a foreign transaction to go through! It is a good thing for your bank though to regularly query foreign transactions (as frustrating as it is for you right now) as it means that they are really vigilant for unauthorised transactions! Once you notify them though that you are aware of the charge, you should be able to proceed as normal!
