On very rare occasions, it can happen that a PayPal purchase does not generate the items into your account. If you are not seeing your purchase, please do get in touch with a copy of your PayPal receipt and we will be able to get this rectified for you.
Sometimes, your order can also be put on hold with PayPal. This usually happens if you have recently added funds to your Paypal account using a bank transfer or cheque. If you contact Paypal they should be able to approve this for you- we are unable to override this on our side. Once they release the funds though, your purchase will automatically be loaded to your account!
