Additional licensing may come into play if your company/client exceeds our annual revenue cap of $25 million USD, if you are looking for a multi-seat team licence, or if your proposed usage is not currently covered by our standard single-user extended licence.
If you are creating a design for a large company, but you yourself are below our annual revenue cap however, then it will depend on how your end designs would be sold.
Here is an example of when the cap would come into play; if you create a calendar which you then sell through a large (defined as having annual revenue exceeding $25 million USD.) department store and you are sharing the profits with them (not exceeding the cap) then you are covered by the EULA and do not require additional licensing.
However if the large department store asks you to create an original design calendar for them to sell and they keep the profits, you would be required to purchase additional licensing.
